Did Jesus ever condemn anyone or group to hell?

In the New Testament, there are instances where Jesus speaks about hell and judgment, but there is no clear record of Jesus condemning anyone or group to hell. Instead, Jesus often spoke about the consequences of sin and the need for repentance.

One of the most well-known passages where Jesus speaks about hell is in Matthew 25:41-46, where he talks about the final judgment and the separation of the righteous from the wicked. Jesus describes how those who have not cared for the needy and marginalized will be cast into eternal punishment, while those who have shown kindness and compassion will inherit eternal life.

In another passage in Matthew 23, Jesus pronounces a series of woes on the religious leaders of his time, condemning their hypocrisy and lack of true faith. He warns them of the consequences of their actions and urges them to repent and turn back to God.

Overall, Jesus' teachings on hell and judgment are meant to warn people of the consequences of sin and to call them to repentance and faith. He emphasizes the importance of living a life of love, compassion, and justice, and warns against the dangers of pride, greed, and hypocrisy. Ultimately, Jesus' message is one of hope and redemption, offering forgiveness and salvation to all who turn to him in faith.
